This is a simple graphical gradient ribbon effect. The color of the shapes and the text can easily be changed. You can change the formatting of the text however you like. Just make sure that each ribbon stays grouped or else the animation will disappear. By chance you ungroup the ribbons, Just group the ungrouped ribbon and give it a left wipe animation. This will make the ribbon have a beautiful effect. Or you can just insert the template again.
