This is a professional 3D-looking graphical bar chart. This bar chart can easily be used in business insitutions. This presentation was created by Ocean Rajpoot. Here’s how it works.
There is a glass at the back of the chart as you can see. And on that glass there are the Data Range written on the left side with a little transparency added to it. At below data numbers are given of the bar chart with a little rotation to have effect that the text is written on the base of the bar chart. The base of the bar chart and the glass has given a little bit of shine. Now about the bars, if you want to change the data range of the chart and adjust the lenght, you will have to watch it’s video on YouTube. I will also explain how it’s done but I won’t be able to show you. So the blank white color does not show the data, it shows until where the data is ended. Or you can say it is just for show. The colored bars replicate the data. I will show you how to change the hight of the colored bars.
First right click on any black bar.
Go to “Format Shape”.
And then go the the “Format Tab” on the menu that you have opened.
Go to “3D Format”.
There will be an option for changing the depth of the shape and for changin the lenght of the shape just change the number of the depth you want to add.
Do the same for colored bar. Just add as much depth you want.
Make sure to keep the white blank bars aligned equally on the top. And after changing the depth just align or place the bars at the right position. Change the data range numbers according to your wish. You can change the color of the base and the background however you like.
The animations are simple. With the first click the first bar graph with it’s data number will show up. With the second click the second graph and text will show and so fourth. For the graph animations to happen slowly make sure not to ungroup the each graph with the white and colored graph.
