This is a graphical gradient looking bar graph chat that can be used in multiple occasions. This is one of the best designs used to show the graph of a project or anything else. All of the graphs has a gradient look and at the bottom there is a little faded effect. Let me show you how the presentation works:
In the slide show mode, first the heading above the graph will show accordingly to its animation. After the heading appears, first the bars will fade in all at once. After the bars appear, the text on top of each one of them will show all at once. And all the animations here are automatic. That means when you switch to slide show mode, the animations will play automatically without clicking. If you want the animations to work on-click, then follow the following steps:
- Click on the “Animation” tab on the menu bar.
- There you will find an option “Animation Pane”. Click on it.
- After clicking on it a sidebar will appear. There you will be able to control all the animations.
- Then there where the “Freeform” animations start, select all the animation below it.
- After selecting the animation below it, right click on them, click on the “On Click” button.
After doing these steps, the animation will work after clicking on it. Let me tell you how its going to work = On your first click the first bar will appear, and then on your second click the second bar will appear and so forth. When you click after all the bars appear, the text on the first bar will show. And then when you click again the text above the second bar will appear. If you want the text to appear with the bars and not after the bars appear, then you can drag the animations in the animation pane accordingly to how you want.
You can format the text however you like and there are no complexes in formatting any of these objects. You can also change the color of the bars however you like. But make sure to follow these steps below to change the color of the bars:
- Right click on the bar you would like to format.
- Go to the “Shape Fill” tab on the sidebar that will appear. There you can see that there is a gradient color format on the shape.
- There will be two color options there. The first one is the color that you would like to set and the second color can be any color you like. But the second color has to have a 100% transparency for the fading effect for the bars.
That is how easy it is. If you want to change the shape of the bars then follow the following steps :
- Select the bar and go to the “Format” tab on the menu bar above.
- There you will see an option “Edit Shape”, click on it and two options will appear.
- There you will see the change shape option and click it. There you can choose the shape you would like to show as your bar graph.
